Classes
All our matwork classes have a limit of 9 participants, which allows the instructor to give each client individual attention and ensure that alignment and technique are correct.
Beginners classes are suitable for anyone who has not done Pilates before. The courses will introduce you to the key principles of Pilates and basic movements that will enable you to join a general class and improve your exercise repertoire.
During all classes the exercises will be adapted to suit the participant.
Pilates exercises are performed in a range of positions and aim to challenge your stability and strength whilst increasing mobility and flexibility.
Most of our classes will incorporate the use of small equipment such as exercise bands, fitballs, magic circles, foam rollers and/or weights. Our specialised equipment classes will incorporate at least one piece of equipment into each exercise.

From time to time your instructor may correct your alignment using touch.

On occasion the instructor will include a week break. Plenty of notice will be given in this event.
