After two very successful years, SE3 Pilates will be closing its doors in December 2010. Kim is starting a new exciting chapter of her life and is moving to Kent and wants to start a family. So unfortunately, the studio in Blackheath will be closing.

A Message from Kim:

I want to thank everyone for their custom over the last two years. I have thoroughly enjoyed all my classes and will miss you all!

CD of the Class

Kim is recording two CDs of her classes:

CD 1 - Based on a Healthy Backs class, suitable for beginners and those who have done Kim's Healthy Backs class
CD 2 - Based on a general ability class with key Pilates exercises, including some of the classical mat exercises

Each CD is being sold for £20, or both are available for purchase for a combined price of £30. Please contact Kim for further details.
