Post Natal Yoga
Post natal/Mother and baby Yoga Classes
This class will focus on toning up muscles and nurturing yourself. The postures given will alleviate any aches and pains and help you combat fatigue. This is a fun and valuable way to bond with your baby as you will learn easy yoga moves and massage techniques for your baby as well.
Suitable for 6 weeks after giving birth.
Courses to start in 2010 on Thursdays at 1.30-2.30pm.
