Yoga

Beginners/Level 1 Yoga is held on a Monday evening, running for an hour from 19:30 to 20:45.

This class explores the full range of Level 1 yoga postures, with a focus on correct alignment and working safely with our bodies. The practise is designed to strengthen and tone, and to improve the body's suppleness. The combination of strength and flexibility should promote a healthier posture over time. An energising yoga sequence will be followed by restorative poses before relaxation, leaving the body invigorated and tension-free, and the mind clear.

This class is particularly beneficial for office workers who may spend long periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Cost £10 per class on a drop in basis

A mixed-level class, suitable for beginners and those with some experience of yoga.

 

Private Tuition

Liz is available for private sessions, teaching groups of up to 3 people.

About the Instructor

Liz Bury qualified with Triyoga Education and is a British Wheel of Yoga registered teacher. She is an experienced and passionate yoga practitioner, who teaches a gentle, reflective style of yoga with a focus on working safely and releasing tension.
